A continental climate, a different specification
Marrakech is not Agadir. The air is dry, the day-to-night temperature swing regularly exceeds 20 °C between seasons, and the wind carries a fine dust that finds every sealing defect. Work designed for the coast is wrongly specified here.

Dust and sand-laden wind
Frame drainage holes clog up. We oversize them and favour pressure-equalised systems, so that late-summer storm water does not back up into the frame.
Architectural integration
Ochre and earth tones are expected, including by planning rules. We coat in UV-stable sand and terracotta shades, and we produce aluminium mashrabiya screens and brise-soleil that echo the local vocabulary without the maintenance of timber.

Do you work in Marrakech from Agadir?
Yes, it is our second area of activity. Fabrication stays in the Agadir workshop — that is what guarantees quality control — and installation is carried out by our crews housed in Marrakech for the duration.
Are lead times longer than in Agadir?
Not for fabrication. For installation, allow an extra mobilisation phase. In practice the difference on a full project is about a week, planned from the quote onwards.
Do you make aluminium mashrabiya screens and brise-soleil?
Yes. It is a recurring request in Marrakech: the traditional pattern, the maintenance of coated aluminium. We make the panels to measure from your drawings, or we design them with the architect.
